We take great pride in our wines. Many of them have received medals in national and international competitions. On average you will find around 20 styles wines available in our Tasting Room for tasting and purchasing. Our wines range from dry complex reds to sweet fruity dessert wines.

Shawnee Hills Wine Trail

The Lucas Brothers’ Honker Hill Winery is a family-owned winery and vineyard. In 1980, the family purchased 90 acres of land and developed an award winning and highly recognized private hunting wildlife club. In 2004 the vineyard became established. The winery was later built in 2008, in order to hand process the grapes. In November 2009, the winery officially opened to the public.

We are a local winery and cidery based out of Cobden, Illinois. All of our wine and cider products are produced and bottled on site using as many local ingredients as we can get our hands on! Come visit us! We provide: guided tastings to help you find your favorite beverage; a selection of tasty cafe offerings; live local music on the weekends, and a friendly & relaxing atmosphere.

Pomona Winery has been making non-grape wines with local fruit since 1991.

We have 9 non-grape wines. Seven of them are apple table wines and two are berry dessert wines. We try to focus our tasting on education and teaching customers about wine like how ours are made. We also like to pair our wines with meals, so we always have new exciting recipe and food pairing suggestions.

Wichmann Vineyard is happy to bring you delicious wine that celebrates the Shawnee Hills.

Currently we do not offer food, though you are welcome to bring food and picnics.
Dogs are welcome on a leash.
Requirements for masks changes depending on the local and national mandates/recommendations. We will have a sign on the door indicating current mask guidance.
